In view of Law 2018/218/PRG/SGG on Special Economic Zones (ZES), the governance framework is composed of the following entities:

 

• Ministry of Economy and Finance, responsible for the strategic orientations and the implementation of the SEZ development policy; 

• The ZES Administrator (ADAZZ) responsible for the administration and management of special economic zones in the Republic of Guinea;

• Promoters/developers responsible for promotion, development, planning and operation in SEZs;

• The companies of the ZES which are the economic entities having received an approval issued by the Administrator of the ZES, to carry out any economic activity, in particular industrial.
